RVB Beverage Wine Club Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all wine club memberships administered by RVB Beverage, including memberships associated with Kerrville Hills Winery, LJ Vineyards, and other participating RVB Beverage brands.
Membership Commitment
By joining the RVB Beverage Wine Club, you agree to receive a minimum of your first two (2) scheduled wine club allotments before canceling your membership.
You may cancel your membership at any time after receiving your first two allotments by emailing WineClub@RVBBeverage.com with your name and mailing address and requesting cancellation. Please allow up to 15 days for your cancellation request to be processed.
Cancellation requests received fewer than 15 days prior to a scheduled wine club allotment will take effect after that allotment has been processed.
Once a wine club order has been processed and payment has been collected, all sales are final. No refunds or credits will be issued for wine club purchases, including orders that are refused, returned, shipped back to us, or not picked up.
Payment Authorization
By enrolling in the RVB Beverage Wine Club, you authorize RVB Beverage to automatically charge the credit card on file for each scheduled wine club allotment, applicable sales tax, shipping charges (if applicable), and any authorized reshipment fees.
Members are responsible for maintaining a valid credit card and current billing information. If a payment is declined, RVB Beverage may attempt to process the payment again. Orders with unresolved payment issues may be delayed or canceled until payment is successfully received.
Pick-Up Orders
Members who select the Pick-Up option may collect their wine club allotment during normal business hours at the designated pick-up location.
If your allotment has not been picked up by the end of the designated pick-up period (generally 30 days), your order may be shipped to the address on file, and the applicable shipping charges will be charged to the credit card on file unless alternate arrangements have been made in advance by emailing WineClub@RVBBeverage.com.
RVB Beverage will hold unclaimed wine club allotments for up to three (3) months. After that time, we reserve the right to substitute comparable wines, as determined by our winemaker, based on inventory availability.
Wine club purchases that remain unclaimed for one (1) year from the original release date will be deemed abandoned. At that time, the member forfeits ownership of the wine, and no refunds, credits, replacements, or exchanges will be provided.
Shipping
Shipping charges are separate from wine club membership fees.
An adult (21 years of age or older) must be present to sign for all wine shipments. If a shipment is returned because an adult signature could not be obtained or delivery could not be completed, the member is responsible for all additional shipping and handling charges required to reship the order.
RVB Beverage is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier service interruptions, or state shipping restrictions.
Members are responsible for maintaining current shipping, billing, email, and contact information. RVB Beverage is not responsible for returned shipments, delayed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from outdated or incorrect account information.
Membership Benefits
Wine club benefits, discounts, complimentary tastings, event access, and other membership privileges are available only while the membership is active and in good standing. Benefits have no cash value, are non-transferable unless otherwise specified by RVB Beverage, and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
Changes to Membership Terms
RVB Beverage reserves the right to modify wine club benefits, pricing, allotments, shipping schedules, pickup policies, and these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes prior to their next scheduled allotment.
Legal Compliance
Members certify that they are at least 21 years of age and legally permitted to purchase and receive wine. All wine sales and shipments are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
